Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a professional Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for corporate clients, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions and comprehensive services based on their needs, driving rapid business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Market Development 

    • Develop mid-to-large corporate clients and identify sales opportunities for inraytek.

    • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to formulate sales strategies for market development and new client acquisition.

  • Solution Promotion and Demonstration

    • Deliver compelling demonstrations (Demos) of inraytek solutions.

    • Conduct value-based selling to corporate clients.

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Build strong trust-based relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and generate new sales opportunities.

    • Work closely with potential and existing inraytek clients to continuously create business opportunities.

  • Sales Process Management

    • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-sales support.

    • Demonstrate project management skills and collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Sales Strategy and Forecasting

    • Assist the company in setting sales goals, strategies, and actionable execution plans.

    • Provide accurate forecasts of client needs and sales performance. 

       

Required Skills and Qualifications 

  • Business Negotiation and Sales Expertise

    • Proficient in sales techniques, including identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. 

       

    • Exceptional business negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Product Knowledge

    • In-depth understanding and passion for inraytek solutions and applications.

  • Executive-Level Interaction and Communication

    • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with senior executives in corporate settings.

  • Strategic Planning & Team Collaboration

    • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to rapidly expand market share and achieve sales targets. 

      Lead internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs. 

Work Experience 

  • Over 8 years of proven experience in selling complex business software and IT solutions.

  • Consistently delivered outstanding results in commercial application software sales.
